The museum is located at Prestige Falcon Towers,no.19, Brunton Road, off M. G. Road, Bengaluru – 560025. Directions are available on Google Maps or check on ‘Plan Your Visit’ page.
You can take the Bangalore Metro to the Trinity Station. The museum is just a 5 min walk away from this station.
The entrance fee for an adult is Rs.100/- (single entry), for children below 5 years, entry is free. Student groups are requested to contact the museum manager to know more about group rates.
The museum is open to visitors between 10.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. from Tuesday to Sunday. Museum is closed on Mondays and on all public holidays.
Yes, paid parking facility is available at Prestige Falcon Towers.
Visitors are welcome to view the exhibits inside the museum during the open hours. Please also remember to be considerate to accommodate other visitors as there is a limit to the number of people inside the museum due to Covid-19 protocol.
Yes, there is a secure locker room available outside the museum. Bags, backpacks, helmets, umbrellas and overcoats of any type or size must be checked in at our security desk outside the museum. The museum authorities do not take responsibility for loss/damage of any belongings or valuables of visitors, hence visitors are requested not to leave their valuables unattended.
Please adhere to museum etiquette listed on the entry ticket. Food and drinks are not permitted in the galleries. Smoking is also strictly prohibited within the museum premises. Silence inside the museum will be appreciated.
No. Filming or Photography with a video camera, phone or other recording devices is strictly prohibited in the museum.
Snacks and beverages are available at the Falcon Café on the 1st floor of Prestige Falcon Towers. The café remains closed on Sundays.
Guided tours will be provided on request.
There is an official shop inside the museum with souvenirs for visitors who wish to purchase.
All visitors over the age of two are required to wear a face mask at all times during the visit, and staff members are required to wear face masks as well. Face masks must reach over your nose and mouth and be secured under your chin, completely covering your mouth and nostrils and fitting snugly against the sides of your face
Seating arrangement is provided outside on the museum, adjacent to the entrance door.
Pencils, sketchbooks, and notebooks are permitted. However, pens, paints, and easels are not permitted.
Conduct that poses any risk to other visitors or to the museum staff, artefacts or the building is prohibited. Unauthorised playing of music and video; unauthorised performances; charitable solicitations and press conferences by visitors are prohibited. Visitors are requested to adhere to the museum etiquette at all times. Right of admission reserved.
